
Appels à projets
PLAS@PAR finance divers projets de recherche innovants au sein de notre communauté. Ces financements visent à renforcer la cohésion entre les différents groupes de recherche de la Fédération en favorisant des projets collaboratifs inter-équipes, inter-unités et inter-disciplinaires. Ils ont également pour objectif de proposer des appels à projets inexistants au sein des établissements membres de la Fédération, ces appels étant pilotés par le Conseil de Fédération.
Dans ce cadre, nous soutenons également le financement d'une thèse doctorale, renforçant ainsi notre engagement en faveur de la formation et du développement de la recherche au sein de la communauté.

The Fédération de Recherche Plasmas à Paris (PLAS@PAR) invites applications from its members to support research in plasma physics, covering fundamental processes, applications, numerical studies, experiments, and observations. PLAS@PAR encourages collaborative research projects, and eligible proposals may include:
- Requests for small equipment and operational expenses not typically covered by the laboratory. Note that the Federation will not cover expenses for attending conferences, purchasing personal computers, laptops, etc.
- Support for experiments conducted at large-scale international research facilities.
- National and international collaborations, including invitations for visiting researchers.
- Training initiatives, including workshops, summer schools, and other educational programs, are eligible for support. Priority will be given to events hosted by the member institutions of the federation. Note: PLAS@PAR does not fund honoraria for speakers.
Evaluation criteria
- Scientific quality and relevance of the project to PLAS@PAR.
- Involvement of PLAS@PAR teams and collaborative dimension
- National and international positioning of the research.
- Feasibility of the project within the allocated time frame
- Ability to spend the allocated budget before the end of the year.
- Additional or co-funding opportunities
Funding & Budget requirements:
- Funding requests must range between €2,000 and €15,000 per project.
- All equipment funding requests must include a quotation specifying a delivery date no later than November 15, 2025

- 20 June 2025 at 12:00 (midday), submission deadline. Applications must:
- use the template provided
- be sent by email, in PDF format only, to: conseil.plasapar@listes.upmc.fr
- End of June 2025: Selection of funded projects by the Federation's Committee
- Early July 2025. Approved projects are authorized to start incurring eligible expenses.
- End of 2025. Deadline for completing expenditures.
Project Reporting and Acknowledgment

PLAS@PAR funding must be explicitly acknowledged in all scientific publications and presentations. The following acknowledgment should be included in any related work: "This work received financial support from the Fédération de Recherche Plasmas à Paris - PLAS@PAR"
A final report detailing the financial expenditures and scientific outcomes of the project must be submitted by the Principal Investigator (PI) in early 2026
