3D equipment available for Plas@par members

As part of its mission to support research, innovation, and scientific outreach, Plas@par offers its members access to several advanced tools for 3D immersive content.

These resources are intended to support research activities, experimental developments, training, and science communication projects.

 

Available equipment

  • 3D Printer
    Suitable for producing prototypes, experimental components, and educational or demonstration materials.
  • 3D Scanner
    Allows the digitization of physical objects into 3D models, which can then be modified and printed using the available 3D printer.
  • 3D Camera
    Designed for capturing objects, scenes, or motions in three dimensions, particularly useful for experimental setups and scientific visualization.
  • Virtual Reality Headsets
    Enable immersive exploration of 3D data, simulations, and models, offering new possibilities for data analysis and scientific communication.
