More than 2 600 students registered for the mooc & more than 20 students each year for the spoc course
The teachers and researchers of the PLAS@PAR community are involved in the creation and participation in innovative digital tools in the field of training for several years: with the MOOC (massive open online course) in partnership with EPFL since 2017 and with the SPOC (Small Private Online Course) at Sorbonne Université since 2016.
The implementation of distance learning tools is now being reinforced by the health context that we have just experienced. We will keep you informed in this section of the latest news.
SPOC: an introduction to plasma physics
Researchers of PLAS@PAR actively participate in the development of distance learning courses (SPOC) at the Master 1 level of Physics and Applications at Sorbonne Université. The lectures, in French, aim at allowing students holding the distance learning Bachelor’s degree in physics (L3 PAD – Physique à distance) from Sorbonne Université to continue their studies, and also to reach a new public.
