Our vision
The Federation project initially created for 5 years defines the main orientations in 6 lines.
Our ambition: perpetuate the dynamism of our scientific community, enrich and amplify it! How? By continuing to federate and unify a "science of plasmas" in all its diversity, hot plasmas to cold plasmas, astrophysical plasmas to laboratory plasmas, from fundamental research to applied research.
- Line 1: Stimulate the emergence of interdisciplinary ideas and projects at the interfaces of physics: chemistry, engineering, mathematics, biology, medicine, environment, archeology, human and social sciences, etc.
- Line 2: Addressing societal challenges by supporting the development of emerging research themes: Plasma / agriculture, ultra-relativistic plasma, plasma / renewable energy.
- Line 3: Support plasma teaching within the institutions of the Research Federation from Bachelors level.
- Line 4: Encourage dialogue between researchers, students and industry.
- Line 5: Increase the visibility of the community, including scientific events and outreach actions.
- Line 6: Valuing aspects of geographical mobility to take into account the territorial network of research teams spread across different sites.
